Invites just went out to press attending Mobile World Congress (Team TDG Included) from Nvidia. As you can see the invite promises more “quad core firsts”, which makes us think Nvidia and their hardware partners are going to launch multiple devices out of the world’s largest mobile trade show.
The quad core powered Asus Transformer Prime is out already, albeit hard to get, however everyone who has picked one up has reported that it’s blazing fast. You can also check out the Transformer Prime at many GameStop locations around the country.

We’re expecting quad core phones too. It’s a pretty safe bet that HTC will be releasing a quad core phone in their HTC Edge which is expected to be unveiled at an HTC press event in Barceclona on the 26th of February.
Androidcentral noticed a device that’s back highly resembles an HTC Droid Incredible 2 in the guy wearing the green shirt’s hands. That would be right inline with the reports that the HTC Edge is quad core, Tegra 3 and coming out at MWC.
Despite a long standing, exclusive relationship with Qualcomm, HTC said for themselves just last week that they are starting to see other people for silicon.
