Ice Cream Sandwich ROM For Nexus S 4G Available At XDA

For thos eof you with a Sprint Nexus S 4G, that were a little upset to hear that Google dropped CDMA support from CDMA handsets on Friday, never fear a ROM is here.

The folks over at XDA have released an Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich build. This build is supposed to be very very close to the version they will hopefully officially push out to the Samsung Nexus S 4G soon.

While there are risks associated with flashing different ROM’s we’re hearing by way of Sprintfeed and other sites that this is a very stable version of Ice Cream Sandwich.  ICS Rom’s have already been ported to the HTC Evo 4G and seems to work like a charm.

If you’re not into flashing ROMs the Sprint version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is expected in the next few months.

Here’s a link to the ROM on Xda
