After two months of waiting, we can now say –“finally”. The Galaxy Nexus that has been talked about since the first time it appeared on screen, is finally coming to Verizon Wireless. After months of chaos swarming the release date, bloggers reporting on claims of the device hitting shelves, and pictures of accessories and boxes, the Galaxy Nexus is finally coming. The very first Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) device is coming to Verizon packing 4G LTE, and a 1.2 ghz dual-core processor. The phone is, in fact, a 32GB model with 1 GB of RAM. The Galaxy Nexus is sure to be a hit, because everyone has been dying to get a taste of Ice Cream Sandwich.
December 15 is the launch day, and after a full press release, we get that this is the 4G LTE Nexus we’ve been waiting for, available on a 2-year contract for $299. After calling our local Verizon, we were told they have about 100 or so in stock, and are planning on some lines for the phone’s release. If this next Nexus is the phone for you, be sure to hit up your local Verizon Wireless tomorrow.
