The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus completes T-Mobile’s 2011 selection of 4G tablets. Continuing in T-Mobile’s innovation tradition, they’ve been a leader in the tablet space. To date they’ve had the Samsung Galaxy Tab (original), Dell Streak 7, and the T-Mobile G-Slate in their device offerings. They’ve recently announced or added the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G, T-Mobile Springboard and now the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.

Just like the T-Mobile Sidekick and even Android as an operating system, T-Mobile has seen the vision of consumer adoption for tablet devices. T-Mobile now offers tablets in 7 inch, 9 inch and 10 inch screen sizes.

More after the break

“Consumers want a selection of affordable, highly mobile tablets that can deliver the content they want virtually anywhere they go,” said Jeremy Korst, vice president of mobile broadband and emerging devices, T-Mobile USA. “The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a perfectly sized, ultra-thin and lightweight 4G tablet that easily fits in a coat pocket or purse and delivers a rich on-the-go entertainment experience.”

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, features a brilliant 7 inch multitouch display and weighs just .77 lbs which as T-Mobile points out, is less than a can of soda. It’s being powered by a 1.2ghz dual core processor and has 16gb of on board memory and an expandable microSD slot.

In the camera department the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus features a 3 mega pixel camera with flash, and HD video recording on the back along with a 2 mega pixel camera on the front for great self portraits and video chatting over 3G, 4G or wifi.

T-Mobile and Samsung are offering users a wide variety of content including the Samsung Media Hub, Zinio for magazines, and Wild Tangent giving users access to premium games for free or for rent or purchase.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will be available starting November 16th for a down payment of $249.99 and a $50 mail in rebate. Customers with approved credit will continue to pay a monthly installment of $10 per month towards the device.
