It seemed like last year around this time everyone was excited about either the original Samsung Galaxy Tab or the Notion Ink Adam tablet. Notion Ink’s founder, Rohan Shravran has always seemed a bit eccentric with both his tablet design and the way he hands out information. Last year, just prior to the release of Gingerbread, Shravran actually announced it on Notion Ink’s blog.
Fast forward to this year and he is claiming that Ice Cream Sandwich will be available in November. Now this is information he could have just gotten off the internet however Phonearena actually contacted Shravran for comment and he responded by confirming that Notion Ink isn’t on the list of official ICS OEM’s, Google has seeded ICS to their ODM’s.
Shravran went onto say that the Notion Ink developers have been busy preparing an Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Adam tablet. Phonearena questions how a little company like Notion Ink can conceivably get access to Ice Cream Sandwich before the likes of a Sony, LG or HTC.
is Shravran bluffing?
