Sprint Official Press Images Of Samsung Epic Touch 4G Leak Out

Pocketnow has obtained leaked press photos for the Samsung Epic Touch 4G.

Samsung is expected to announce that the Samsung Epic Touch 4G will be released by Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile at a press event on Tuesday evening in New York. It’s been widely rumored that the Sprint version of the Samsung Galaxy S II, dubbed the Samsung Epic Touch 4G, will be available from Sprint on September 9th (or possibly the 8th).

The T-Mobile version of the Samsung Galaxy S II is supposed to go by the name “Hercules” while the AT&T version is alleged to be rocking the name “Attain”.

As a refresher the Samsung Galaxy S II is the follow up to the Samsung Galaxy S which was a huge hit worldwide.  The Samsung Galaxy S II will be released to the United States after already selling over five million units in the rest of the world.

The Samsung Galaxy S II features a 4.3 inch superAMOLED Plus screen and a dual core 1.2 ghz processor. The camera is an 8 mega pixel beast with LED flash, smile detection, auto focus, panorama and more.  There is also a 2gb front facing camera for video chat over Sprint’s 4G (wimax) network.

We are expecting all three variants of the Samsung Galaxy S II to run $199 on a new two year agreement.There are rumors that a refresh for the Samsung Galaxy S II will be officially announced Thursday at IFA in Berlin Germany.
