Finally! US Variant Of The Samsung Galaxy S 2 Breaks Cover

Leave it to the crew at this is my next to score the first official shots of a US Bound Samsung Galaxy S II.  The Samsung Galaxy S II is the current most anticipated phone of the year here in the United States. The follow up to the highly successful Samsung Galaxy S has already sold over 3.5 million units internationally and hasn’t even shown up in the US yet.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S II will arrive on Bell Canada next week, so we were hoping it wouldn’t be too much longer in the United States.  According to This Is My Next and Android Police we could see a launch in a matter of weeks.

The Samsung Within, Sprint’s version of the Samsung Galaxy S II is the phone shown off by Mr. Blurrycam.  It’s reportedly headed to at least Sprint, AT&T and Verizon with another variation, possibly the Hercules, headed to T-Mobile.  There’s no word on the pricing and exact available date but again, this is very good news for those waiting for that upgrade.

  1. Finally we can see a pic! I only gripe is that I would like to see the camera be square like on the UK version but still happy to see some progress!
