We are here at the exclusive New York launch of the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
My very rough guesstimate on the number of people standing in line when I arrived is around 300 or so.
The first person got in line at 6 am. As he crossed the line to grab the very first tab he was pulled up in front of everyone by Kim Titus.
They stood there for roughly five minutes as the standard photo opportunity had to be taken.

He then was whisked away by Samsung and Best Buy’s video and photo crews had to interview him. Sadly, I did not get the opportunity to also interview the man who physically called “First”.

We will bring you additional coverage as Ne-Yo is due to perform later this afternoon.
