Cyanogen Mod 7 Final (CM7) Released Into The Wild

Cyanogen left a little note on the cyanogenmod site today that is sure to delight hundreds of thousands of users of cyanogen mod on their Android devices. The previous release candidates (RC) of CM7 have been out for a couple of months, and through a cooperative community effort they’ve worked out the bugs and kinks. The end result is a fully functioning version of CM7 for 30 devices, including some tablets.

If you’re ready for CM7 head over to your Rom Manager app or to the mirror site, powered by TD Revolution, here. Make sure that you’re well versed in how to flash (not splash) ROMS and that you make a back up before porting CM7 to your device.
