Mysterious Motorola Phone Heads Through The FCC

Everyone has seen a couple leaks of the Motorola Droid X2, although most of them look exactly like a Droid X 1, however to add fuel to that fire, the mystery CDMA Motorola device has just crossed the FCC desk. There is no evidence that this device is the Motorola Droid X2, or even an Android device at all. It could be the Motorola Gleam, the Razr revisited.

There are no real specs on the FCC data sheet. Nothing that suggests anything except it’s a phone and made by Motorola. For those that don’t know here are some of the reported specs of the Motorola Droid X 2

NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core 1ghz processor
1GB Ram
3G Only
8mp rear facing camera and still no front cam
Android 2.2
Newest version of MotoBlur
FM Radio
No Hardware camera button

Sounds like a real winner right? The Droid X2 specs and pics look a little bit too much like the Droid X. We can’t believe that Motorola would take such a huge phone and not bring it more up to speed.

But as for that FCC listing.. it’s a Motorola Phone, imagine that Motorola is putting a Phone through the FCC
