Here in the U.S. the HTC Merge will most likely end up on Verizon. However, due to it being able to run not only on CDMA it is also able to run on GSM, which makes it possible for almost every carrier to receive the Merge or a version of it. Right now the Android powered device is heading to India and can be pre-ordered now.
Letsbuy, an online retailer, is letting people in India who is interested in the HTC Merge pre-order for around $800 USD, which is quite a bit of money. For those that do pre-order, you will still have to wait to have it in your hands. The Merge will be shipped in 4-7 days after launch, however we have no word on a launch date as of yet.
We will update you on the HTC Merge as soon as more information is available.
