Samsung Fascinate makes a Barber Shop Quartet

Why the funny title? Have you heard the Samsung Galaxy S quartet sing? With their 1ghz hummingbird processors, SuperAMOLED screens, 6 axis sensor, accelerometers, and more, these Brilliant Phones are music to most people’s ears.  Samsung and Verizon have announced today that the Samsung Fascinate will be available for online sales tomorrow (9/8/10) and for sale at retail stores beginning Thursday (9/9/10) as expected.

The Samsung Fascinate will be $199 after $100 M.I.R and of course just $199 at Best Buy Mobile locations and other retail distributors that don’t use mail in rebates.

The Samsung Galaxy S line comes with Android 2.1 in a private interview at the IFA show WP Wong, head of Samsung Mobile’s product planning, said that once all  4 US models were in place they would have a better picture on an upgrade to 2.2 Samsung Mobile wants to insure that the upgrade to Froyo will be available at roughly the same time to all of the US Galaxy S handsets.

So Who’s getting a Fascinate this week?
